This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations of the development of legal culture of students in higher educational institutions from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view. The study highlights the content and essence of legal culture, its role in the comprehensive development of the student's personality, and pedagogical factors that serve to form legal consciousness and legal thinking in the modern education system. It also reveals the importance of introducing innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process, a competency-based approach, interactive teaching methods, and spiritual and educational activities in the development of legal culture. The article develops scientific and practical recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of developing legal culture of students in higher educational institutions.

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida rus tilini o‘qitish jarayonini takomillashtirishda zamonaviy ta’lim texnologiyalarining didaktik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, raqamli ta’lim vositalari, interfaol metodlar, modulli ta’lim texnologiyalari hamda kommunikativ yondashuvning rus tili ta’limi sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarning talabalarning kommunikativ kompetensiyasi, mustaqil fikrlashi, ijodiy faoliyati va kasbiy tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari rus tili ta’limini modernizatsiya qilish va ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
