DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF THE SEMIOTIC SYSTEMATIZATION OF KNOWLEDGE

This article analyzes the formation and development of knowledge from the perspective of semiotic systematization. Knowledge is interpreted as a process through which information about the external world is transformed into a symbolic-cognitive construct by means of sensation, perception, experience, logical generalization, and social agreement. The article examines the emergence of signs, symbols, sounds, words, texts, and concepts, as well as the mechanisms by which they are transformed into knowledge, on the basis of naturalistic, conventional, anthropological, and cognitive approaches. It also distinguishes genetic, artificial, and social forms of knowledge and explains their role in human thought, experience, cultural relations, and the system of formal education.

Drawing on his major works such as Kitab al-Shifa, Isharat wa Tanbihat, An-Najat, and Danishnama, the paper analyzes key concepts in logic, including definitions, judgments, inferences, syllogisms, proofs, dialectics, and rhetoric. It also highlights how Ibn Sina, influenced by Aristotle and Al-Farabi, developed and refined the science of logic.

The study emphasizes the importance of moral qualities such as humanism, patriotism, national pride, internationalism, justice, benevolence, duty, dignity, responsibility, conscience, honesty, truthfulness, and high standards, which are essential for professionals, particularly specialists in the field of religious studies. It is substantiated that the integration of the four core language skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking—with deontologically oriented materials facilitates a deeper acquisition of professional ethical standards by students. The research findings provide practical recommendations for improving English language teaching in religious studies education based on a deontological approach.

COMPARISON OF THE "TRANSLANGUAGING" APPROACH IN PRIMARY EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN AND NEIGHBORHOOD COUNTRIES

This article provides a comparative analysis of the implementation of the translanguaging approach in primary education in Uzbekistan and neighboring countries. Translanguaging is a modern approach that allows students to exchange ideas, communicate, and consolidate knowledge using multiple language resources in an integrated manner. The study compares the experiences of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan based on criteria such as language policy, curricula, teacher training, textbooks and methodological support, and factors for developing students' linguistic competence. The article first examines the state language policy and official documents on multilingualism of each country. Then, the role of the mother tongue and foreign languages ​​in primary education programs, the possibilities of organizing integrated lessons, and existing experiences are analyzed. It also provides a comparative review of teachers' methodological training, attitudes toward language transfer, and real-world applications. As a result, it is determined that the translanguaging approach in Uzbekistan plays an important role in developing multilingualism, increasing communicative competence, and approaching international standards while preserving national values. Comparison with the experience of neighboring countries serves as a scientific basis for eliminating existing problems and developing effective methodologies.
