DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF THE SEMIOTIC SYSTEMATIZATION OF KNOWLEDGE

This article analyzes the formation and development of knowledge from the perspective of semiotic systematization. Knowledge is interpreted as a process through which information about the external world is transformed into a symbolic-cognitive construct by means of sensation, perception, experience, logical generalization, and social agreement. The article examines the emergence of signs, symbols, sounds, words, texts, and concepts, as well as the mechanisms by which they are transformed into knowledge, on the basis of naturalistic, conventional, anthropological, and cognitive approaches. It also distinguishes genetic, artificial, and social forms of knowledge and explains their role in human thought, experience, cultural relations, and the system of formal education.

This article analyzes the role of representative power in ensuring social solidarity and cohesion from philosophical and social perspectives. The study examines key functions of representative institutions, including communication, integration, legitimacy, justice, participation, and strategic governance. Drawing on the theories of Jürgen Habermas, Aristotle, and John Rawls, the paper highlights the importance of dialogue, equality, and fairness in democratic decision-making processes. Using the example of Uzbekistan, the article explores the significance of parliament in maintaining social stability and interethnic harmony. The findings demonstrate that representative power functions not only as a political institution but also as a complex socio-philosophical mechanism for sustainable societal development.

POLICY OF RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE AND INTER-NATIONAL RELATIONS IN UZBEKISTAN (1991–2024)

This article analyzes the policy of religious tolerance and interethnic relations in Uzbekistan (1991–2024) based on a chronological and systematic approach. It also covers the legal model formed on the basis of the Constitution and sectoral laws, as well as the main stages of the activities of state institutions. The scientific novelty of the article is that the religious-national policy during the period of independence is summarized on the basis of a three-stage development model, and the reforms after 2017 are justified as a separate historical stage. The dynamics of growth in the activities of religious organizations and national cultural centers are also analyzed based on historical and statistical data. The results of the study show that the policy of religious tolerance in Uzbekistan has developed consistently, based on the principles of legal equality, institutional governance, and social balance. This policy is considered an important factor in strengthening interfaith harmony and interethnic harmony.

The paper examines the origins of Russian anthroponyms, their semantic features, and their functional role in fiction. Particular attention is paid to the importance of names in revealing a person's character, defining the social environment, and conveying social relations. The conclusion is that Russian personal names are an important factor demonstrating the relationship between language and society.

TRANSFORMATION OF VALUE GOALS IN YOUTH IN AN INFORMED CULTURAL SPACE.

In the article, the author analyzes the transformation of value objects in the process of generational change in the conditions of social relations in society using the example of “prayers”, which are part of folklore in the cultural space. For all eras, a specific value object is manifested, and its variability or continuity necessarily depends on the existing socio-political and cultural characteristics. The lack of a reliable source or database at all times requires the researcher to search for specific methodological approaches. In determining the transformation of value objects in an information society, a specific approach, which has not been paid much attention to in local sociological studies, namely, the factors influencing the worldview of values in “prayers”, were analyzed. In the future, the importance of this approach may play a special role in expressing theoretical and methodological approaches in cultural anthropology and sociology of religion.
