In this article, the traditional customs and rituals of the inhabitants of the Surkhan-Sherabad oasis, which are carried out during the processing of grain crops, are studied. In particular, traditions such as raising a threshing floor, threshing grain, and celebrating the harvest have been analyzed from an ethnographic and cultural point of view.
